There are different ways to access practice tests, self-assessments, and examples. Access and type of practice test vary by vendor or company.
For many of Minnesota’s less commonly taught languages (Amharic, Hmong, Karen, Oromo, Somali, Vietnamese), practice tests can be obtained by educators through this request form. More information regarding Extempore’s support of these languages can be found on their website.
AAPPL provides open-access sample tests in Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish. The link can be found here.
Avant provides open-access sample tests in French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Chinese (Mandarin, both Simplified and Traditional), Polish, Russian, Spanish, as well other Minnesota's less commonly taught languages for speaking and writing tests. Here is the link.
